Dear EAN Service Rental Resolution Team,
Hope you are all doing well. I am humbly and kindly reaching out to urge you to remove a holding on my Enterprise account.
This holding is for the rental provided by an insurance of a driver who was found at fault on a car accident. The rental was towed by mistake by the towing company on 01/05/2021. Because of this error a holding has been placed to my Enterprise account for an event that didnt cause, didnt request nor I damaged. Please help me remove this holding as another insurance has booked another rental through Enterprise for three weeks and I cannot pick up the vehicle because of this.
The car under the rental agreement with # 2BYWML was mistakenly towed by a towing company by mistake.
I didnt request to have the rental towed, the rental didnt need to be the towed as there was nothing wrong with it.
Some towing company towed the car by mistake from my apartment complex just cuz it didnt have the parking ticket that all tenants have. Clearly the rental didnt have the parking sticker as it was not my car. The incident was not my fault whatsoever as I did notified my landlady, her assistants at the leasing office and the maintenance team. They did not provided me with a parking sticker as they said I was fine, and they would remember.
However, two days before my rental agreement ended, before the due date to turn in the rental it was towed by mistake by the towing company from where you guys got it. I woke up and lucky got a call from the bodyshop that was taking care of my vehicle to tell me I could stop by to pick it up. So! again, before the due date to turn in the rental I was planning to return it as I could go get my car.
But, when I heading towards the rental it wasnt there. I was so pissed as neighbors told me they saw the towing truck were taking a car like the one I described but they didnt know who it belonged to. I was so pissed and when to talk to my landlady, her assistants and the maintenance team. They all claimed they didnt request that car to be towed either.
So; considering this it was entirely the towing company's fault.
Why am I being charged for something I didnt cause, something I didnt request nor damaged? thats very unfair. You shouldve called the towing company and ask who requested to tow the vehicle. Thats the responsible one!
In addition, according to the rental agreement shared with me from the other drivers insurance was that some of the benefits, agreements and policies for that rental included free roadside assistance, towing servicing, etc.
The rental was still under the contract with the other drivers insurance that provided me woth that car. Why Enterprise didnt mail the insurance in charge the bill for this ridiculous charge if they were who were paying for the rental for me?
Moreover, I never got a bill mail to my address about this. I just found out about this as another drivers insurance is booking a new rental for me for three weeks and I am unable to pick up this new rental because of that irrational holding Enterprise placed on my account for not valid reason which shows discrimination towards me and lack of professionalism to resolve issues that concern to clients.
It is worth mentioning that when I found out the rental was towed I immediately notified Enterprise in person and the staff at Group Branch 560H in Nashville TN told me the following: Do NOT worry, we will take care of it! its not a problem, if you wanna turn in the vehicle just turn in the key and well handle everything with the insurance who got you this rental, you wont get charged for anything they said.
I double-checked what she had just stated and she confirmed I assure you wont be in troubles, you wont be charged at all. Well handle everything and do not worry for the rental we are here to take care of it she concluded.
By promising me that I wasnt gonna get charged and getting charged months after without official notification through mail shows not only lack of professionalism but also high and clear signs of discrimination.
I urge you to remove this or I will take it to court because you guys are putting me in a very tough situation by not being able to pick up this new reservation booked through anothet driver's insurance!

Where do I even start??? I have used this company for renting cars for at least 10+ years.
My most recent being my last, and I am making sure that any and everyone I come into contact with doesn't either. Bad Customer service and ignorant understanding of handling customers. I made plans to take my elderly and dying mother to the beach for her birthday last month, June. She asked if possible, she wanted to go to the beach one last time.
After 2020, I lost my job, my home, my car, my everything, I only had my unemployment. I have moved in with her as her caregiver as well. I reserved a room in Daytona Beach and paid in full for it. No cancellations or refunds.
Also let me add no late check ins either, 11pm.
I reserve the vehicle to be picked up that Wednesday morning at 11am. I receive a call the night prior that a car won't be ready until 3pm. Okay, what can I say or do? Following morning I finish all the packing, grocery shopping and getting all her equipment and medical needs situated.
At 2pm I call to confirm my vehicle. Here's where my inner demon became not so inner. She only responds with all this documentation I have to have to now rent a vehicle. 2 months prior I didn't need any of those things.
Fine. I drive all the way up to my local branch, 25 mins away. Sit outside in the heat for almost 20 mins before someone finally greets me. For the first time in my life being white seemed to be a bad thing.
I was treated like some hard core criminal. I don't have a lease be cc abuse I lost my home and live with my mom. I don't have check stubs because I am in unemployment it's all done through the portal. None of those things sufficed.
This point it's after 3. Her only solution is to put the vehicle in my mom's name. Who is back at home. The branch closes at 5.
She gives me 45 mins to get back or I lose the reservation. We make it back. Again sitting outside in the heat with my elderly mom on oxygen. Finally after another 20 mins someone comes out all matter of factly and gets everything taken care of with my mom.
Except she can be the only driver. We can't add me as an additional driver, like we always have in the past for an additional charge. Bat this point it's almost 5. Still no vehicle ready to go.
I show my *** one more time. The solution a Dodge Journey. Fine I'll take it. It's now 515.
I have 6 hours to load the journey and get to my motel or lose it. We are to return the vehicle Friday at the same time. So we lost the first day and had to cut short the last day. Didn't make it back before 5 and was told just bring it Saturday morning.
Little did I know, they close at 12 on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. Didn't get the vehicle back until Monday at 830am. And was charged for every single day. $800+.
Lost my deposit and was even charged more for some reason they drafted from my bank account.
Why am I to pay for them being closed? Or for a day I didn't even get to use it.
I lost out on precious memories because of their lack of common decency. away.Stay aw

Lies, more lies and excuses, do not do business with Mr. Lillie or associates if you expect even a penny.
WHO DOES BRIAN LILLIE NOT OWE money to?? Mr. Lillie takes advantage of people who actually care about their work and are NEVER compensated, only told excuses over and over with no avail.

Correcting lies by the posting party!
FRAUDULENT INCORRECT POSTING.
My company JayPac LLC is NOT listed as one of the companies Mr Brain J Lillie or Tracy K Lillie of Kanapolie NC listed in this posting as TAKING MONEY.
The real fact is Mr. Lillie was in business with a Mr.
Starr from Utah and Mr. Lillie DEFAULTED in a financial structuring agreement. (DOA) between him and JayPac LLC.

Please see the attached executed agreement between the parties for each of your records.
Regarding the email from attorney Ledwell, it was not as specific as I requested.
It did not confirm the direction given to him by you Brian that some or all of the $750k will be transferred to JayPac on Monday and if needed the balance be sent as soon as the reaming funds are cleared mid week.
This would provide my partners and I the specific intent we are looking for from FSG and Brian to meet what was the verbal understanding of Friday wire and/or the agreed to time frame of three (3) days to deliver the funds as outlined in the agreement.
Is it possible to have the attorney change the email statement to say that he will transfer X dollars on Monday and the balance mid-week? Please advise.

In conclusion, JayPac should be the one listing complaints. Mr Lillie and Mr.
Starr entered into a league contract (DOA) and then NEVER FOLLOWED TROUGH OR SENT ANY CAPITAL/MONEY.
I find in extremely difficult for any reader to take reports of this kind and include them as some real due-dalliance (DD).
Any Real DD done on myself or my company, you will see I have NEVER had a personal or business law suit filed against me! There is also NO formal complaints or investigations conducted by the SEC, FINRA, FBI or the DOJ where fraud or any other questionable criminal activity was being looked at.
I am transparent when appropriate and pride myself in my honest business conduct and postings or web sites like this do nothing but damage innocent part like me because NO reall DD is EVER DONE!

Stranded without my rental reservation
Enterprise Rent A Car Scam
Rented a car to drive 50 miles. Cost $2100.
I rented a car from Enterprise Rent A Car in Mercer County Airport Trenton & Drove it to Philadelphia Int'l Airport; 50 miles. Had it overnight less than 24hours. I pointed out all the damage to the vehicle when checking it out while agent sat in her car; she never go out, just dropped me off and she did not check mileage, gas, or, now I'm finding, mark any of the "damage" I had pointed out to her while she sat in her car and stared at me; then she drove away before I even got into drivers seat without saying anything. At end of contract they marked that I had put 500 miles on the vehicle and had caused all the "damage:--which was minor scratching normal wear and tear and was on the vehicle when I rented it and had pointed it out.
The front right fender had been misaligned a little ( I had pointed this out too) and the return agent tugged and tugged on it, shaking the car, until it came loose then asked me what I had done. I wouldn't have been able to drive the vehicle 50 miles with a fender as loose as they had made it. They charged me $2000 to repair every little scratch all around the car as well as parts to pop the fender back in place. I had put in a dispute to this claim they were making and NO INVESTIGATION was done.
I was told to put it through my insurance. I have requested a copy of the original contract on 4 occasions and have not received a response, the voice box of my contact, whom I've never been able to speak to, is now full and there are no options given to speak to anyone or leave a message. I have spoken to the manager of the Trenton Mercer location where rented, Mike, who had no idea about the claim or the damage and said he would get back to me. That was three weeks ago.
I was told that the Regional Manager Tyler would be getting ahold of me and he has not; I was never given his contact information. I have attempted to Contact Maryanne Baker who is listed at the Regional VP; the corporate office has no extension for someone with this name and there are no options to speak with someone unless you know their extension. I believe that this is some sort of SCAM they have worked out to get their vehicles repaired at the customer's expense. Please Please be mindful when renting cars.
Take time stamped photos of the car before leaving the lot or just buy their coverage. It's the ERAC SCAM
